Delivery within India
Standard shipping is available across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by location:
- — Metro cities — 3–5 business days
- — Tier 2 & 3 cities — 5–7 business days
- — Remote areas — 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- — Orders below ₹1,500 — flat ₹99 shipping fee
- — Orders of ₹1,500 and above — free shipping
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey. If you have questions about your shipment, write to us at hello@raanika.in.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. As each piece is handcrafted, we take care to ensure quality — if something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

How to Initiate a Return
- 01 Email us at hello@raanika.in with your order number and reason for return.
- 02 We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- 03 Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided details.
- 04 Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank transfers and UPI refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
